FXJ-I方向機試驗臺助力泵
該方向機助力泵試驗臺是根據汽車動力轉向器（俗稱液壓方向機）專用標準《QC/T306-1999汽車動力轉向控制閥總成臺架試驗方法》及《QC/T529-2000汽車動力轉向器總成臺架試驗方法》設計要求等相關標準。并依據動力轉向器和轉向助力泵所出現的故障而設計的，集動力轉向器及轉向助力泵維修、檢測為一體的動力轉向器綜合性能檢測臺。該檢測設備操作簡單、維護方便、檢測精度高。經本檢測臺檢測的動力轉向器和轉向助力泵合格率達到。
該方向機助力泵試驗臺采用油壓系統(tǒng)，主機變頻調速，轉速任意預置，數字表顯示，試驗油恒溫控制。
主要檢測方向機助力的對稱度，左右扭矩，內漏，轉向，單邊沉重。轉向助力泵的工作壓力，流量，密封性及相關閥的密封性等各種液壓轉向系統(tǒng)故障。采用液壓泵隨時可以調節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)的工作狀況檢測元器件的各種參數。特別適應載重車輛液壓轉向及工作性能的檢測和試驗。該機采用變頻調速控制轉速 數字電子儀表顯示油溫轉速等工況，壓力儀表顯示轉矩、工作壓力等各種參數。

轉向沉重、沖擊振動、操縱不穩(wěn)、轉向回跳、轉向噪聲、油液滲漏 方向機的扭矩功能（可選）
