技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
■新一代的紅外線試樣機(jī)，采用紅外線加熱來達(dá)成試染目的，而不使用傳統(tǒng)的甘油作熱媒。因此干凈、無油煙，創(chuàng)良好工作環(huán)境。
■采用紅外線加熱，加熱速度快．溫度追隨性佳，能使染液各處均勻升溫．可做恒溫及升溫打色，從而解決了傳統(tǒng)樣機(jī)因染液溫差產(chǎn)生的色花問題。
■模擬現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)，提高符樣率。
■采用高精度、高靈敏進(jìn)口溫度探針，直接檢測染液溫度，升溫迅速準(zhǔn)確，控溫精度可達(dá)±0 5℃以上，能滿足用戶更高要求。
■具有正反轉(zhuǎn)動功能，使杯內(nèi)液體來回波動，上色率更均勻，適合各種原料染色。
■風(fēng)冷冷卻裝置，冷卻速度更快。
●染杯斜置在轉(zhuǎn)盤上，傾斜角度是14度角，不同于傳統(tǒng)的垂直上下方式，可防止試布產(chǎn)生折痕，并獲得均勻的染色效果。

dyeing more uniform and available for alI kinds of dyeing materials.
　　Air cooling device speed up the cooling.
　　Dyeing cup is placed inclined on the turnplate with bevel of 14℃.which is unlike the traditional vertical direction This
